A) What Specific Information Do We Collect?

We collect specific pieces of personal information that you provide including but not limited to: first & last name, mailing address, contact information, security data, passwords, and payment information.

We also collect information which you provide voluntarily regarding your interest in obtaining further information about us, our products and services, when using our services or contacting us in some other way.

Personal information we collect is dependent on your interaction with us, our services, and your choices made there within. Personal information we collect may include:

To aid account creation + logging on. If you opt to link your account from us to a 3rd party account (like Facebook or Google) we use the information you let us collect from said 3rd parties to aid account creation and logging on.

To send promotions and marketing offers. RHO and/or our 3rd party partners may use information you provide us for specific marketing communications, if in accordance with the marketing preferences you have selected. You can change or opt-out of our promotional marketing emails at any time.

Deliver advertising to you. We reserve the right to use the information you provide to display and develop advertising and content (and/or work with 3rd parties to do so) geared towards your location and/or interests to measure certain metrics.

RHO Services may contain 3rd-party ads which are not affiliated with us and which may link to websites, mobile apps, or online services outside of RHO services and websites. All data gathered by 3rd parties is not covered by or beholden to this privacy policy. RHO is not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices or any 3rd parties, including other services, applications, emails, or websites which may be linked to within our Services. We recommend reviewing the policies of any such 3rd party and contacting said 3rd party with specific questions regarding their policies.

Regardless of other provisions, we partner with 3rd parties who collect information across different channels, both online and offline, to the express purpose of delivering relevant ads to you.

F) How Long Is Your Personal Information Stored?

We keep your information as long as is necessary for the purposes laid out within this privacy policy, unless where a longer period of retentions is permitted or required by legal grounds (i.e., taxation, accounting, legal requirements). No aspect of this policy will require us to keep your personal data longer than 6 months beyond the termination of your user account. When there is no legitimate business or legal need to process your information, we will randomize or delete it entirely, or, if this cannot be completed, then we will securely store your data and isolate it from any future processing until deletion is 100% completed.

No. We do not knowing collect any information or market to persons less than 18 years of age in any circumstance. By using RHO products and services you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age or older, or that you are the parent or guardian of any such minor and consent to minor dependents use of RHO products or services. IF we learn that private information from any user less than 18 years old has been received, collected, or transmitted, we will immediately deactivate the account and take measures to quickly delete any minor data from our records permanently. I) What Are Users (Your) Privacy Rights?

You can change, edit, review, pause (where allowed), or cancel your account with RHO products or services at anytime.

Account Details. If you want to review, edit, or change any information within your account or cancel your account, you can log on with your login credentials and update or close your user account. If you request to cancel your account we will delete or deactivate all of your information from our databases. Some information, however, will be retained in our system filed to allow troubleshooting, prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Use, assist with investigations, and/or comply with the law.

Tracking Cookies and other Similar technology. Most internet browsers (i.e., Google chrome, safari) automatically accept cookies through their default settings. If you choose, you can typically accept, reject, add, or remove cookies from your browser settings. Keep in mind that choosing to reject or remove cookies may affect features or services of our Services. To opt-out of interest-based ads by us or 3rd party advertisers please contact us.

Email marketing. You can opt-out or unsubscribe from or marketing email broadcasts at any time you choose through clicking the “unsubscribe” link contained within the text/content of any marketing email you have received. If you do not see this link you can contact us to manually remove you from our email marketing broadcasts. Keep in mind that we will still send you emails regarding services which are necessary from an administrative use of your account. J) Are There Controls for “Do-Not-Track” (DNT) Options or Features?

The majority of web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Brave, etc.) and some mobile browsers include DNT settings or features which you can use to control your privacy preferences and choose to have or not to have data about your browsing activity captured and monitored. There is no blanket technology which for implementing DNT across browsers. For that reason we do not respond to any DNT browser signals or other systems which communicate your choice to not be tracked online or to stop being tracked online. If there are legal tracking requirements we must adopt in order to comply with laws in the future, we will inform you about the changes to our practices in an updated privacy policy. Yes. Legal residents of California have specific rights regarding personal information. California Civil Code Section 1798.83, aka the “Shine The Light” law, permits California resident users to request from us information about types of personal information (if any) that we disclosed to a third party for marketing purposes and the legal names and mailing addresses of said 3rd parties which we have shared personal information within a preceding calendar year. California residents can make such a request once per calendar year. If you are 18 years of age or younger, a legal resident of California, and have a registered account with RHO products or services, you have the legal right to request the immediate removal of unwanted data which you publicly post on or through RHO Services. If you would like to request said removal of data, please contact us using the information below, and include your email address you use with said account. We will then ensure that data/information is not displayed publicly on any of the Services, but keep in mind that data may not be completely deleted from our internal systems.
